NCBCA Gordon Teigen Meritorious Service Award
The Gordon Teigen Service Award is named for its first recipient. Mr. Teigen served as bowling coach at North Dakota State University and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He also served as a field representative for the American Bowling Congress,and is considered one of the founders of the ABC/WIBC Collegiate Division (now USBC Collegiate).
The Gordon Teigen Service Award is voted on by all members of the NCBCA. The NCBCA awards committee will select three finalists from nominations for the award. Each member will vote for only one winner of the award. The nominee with the most votes will be named the NCBCA Gordon Teigen Meritorious Service Award recipient.
